PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Vtry ET Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle
spasms. It improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort
associated with muscle spasms.
Vtry ET Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration as prescribed
by the doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
Common side effects of this medicine include abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea,
vomiting, dizziness, and drowsiness. If any of these side effects persist or bother you, you should
let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.
The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you
have any problems with your heart, kidneys, and liver. To make sure it is safe for you, let your
doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers

HOW TO USE VTRY ET TABLET

HOW VTRY ET TABLET WORKS
Vtry ET Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside, which
relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug
(NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain
and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the
centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and
movement of muscles.

Pregnancy

Vtry ET Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in

weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

Driving
UNSAFE
Vtry ET Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
If you experience dizziness, vertigo or somnolence while on treatment with Vtry ET Tablet,
avoid driving.

Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Vtry ET Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available
suggests that dose adjustment of Vtry ET Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please
consult your doctor.
Use of Vtry ET Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver
CAUTION
Vtry ET Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vtry
ET Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Vtry ET Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE VTRY ET TABLET?
If you miss a dose of Vtry ET Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for
your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the
dose.

- It may cause dizziness and fatigue. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration
until you know how it affects you. - Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Vtry ET Tablet as it may cause excessive
drowsiness. - Regularly monitor your blood pressure while taking this medicine, particularly in the first
two weeks after starting treatment. - Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood
pressure, and liver or kidney disease. - Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain.
