PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Tendikap Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of joint pain (arthralgia). It helps reduce pain and inflammation in the joints. It also helps in building soft connective tissue and reduces friction in the joints, which provides comfort during physical movements.

Tendikap Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

No common side effect is seen with this medicine. However, if you experience any symptom that you think is caused by the medicine, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing them.

HOW TENDIKAP TABLET WORKS

Tendikap Tablet is a combination of seven medicines: Chondroitin, Collagen Peptide, Sodium Hyaluronate, Curcuma Longa, Boswellia Extract, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C.

Chondroitin and Collagen Peptide are proteoglycan synthesis stimulators that help in the building of cartilage (soft tissue that cushions the joints), leading to joint repair. Apart from this, Collagen Peptide also lowers pain and inflammation (swelling).

Sodium Hyaluronate is a natural polysaccharide (sugar). It works by reducing friction in the joints and helps them work smoothly.

Curcuma Longa & Boswellia Extract are used as dietary supplements for their potent, synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects. They are often used to manage pain and improve joint mobility in conditions like osteoarthritis.

WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE TENDIKAP TABLET?

If you miss a dose of Tendikap Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

• Do not take any other painkiller without consulting your doctor.
• Inform your doctor if you are taking any blood thinners like warfarin or if you have any scheduled surgery.
• Do light exercise or take physical therapy to strengthen muscles around the affected joint and manage your weight, along with taking this medication.
